GENERAL> By commissioning me, you agree to the terms listed here.> I reserve the right to decline any request I am not comfortable with or do not feel able to complete.> Please communicate clearly throughout the process and provide feedback in a timely manner.PAYMENT> All payments are handled through PayPal Invoices.> Work begins only after payment is made (either in full or at least 50% upfront).> All commision will have an additional 12% applied to the total.> Final files are delivered only after the full payment is completed.> Prices may vary depending on complexity.> Commercial usage is not included unless specifically paid for.> The rush fee starts at +35% of the total commission price and may increase depending on the urgency of the deadline. Please contact me beforehand, as rush availability is not guaranteed.REVISIONSArt & Model Artwork:> Up to 2 revisions during the sketch phase.> minor revision after base coloring.Live2D Rigging:> Adjustments included for facial expression tuning and motion refinement during the process.> Additional revisions beyond the included amount may require a fee (+10–30€, depending on complexity).> Large or structural changes requested after lineart or after rigging setup begins will require additional payment.DEADLINES & DELIVERY> Art Commissions: Typically delivered within 2–4 weeks.> Live2D Model Art: Estimated completion time is 1–3 months.> Live2D Rigging: Estimated rigging time is 1–3 months, depending on physics complexity and movement range.> If Model Art + Rig are commissioned together, the total timeline may extend.> I will always notify you if delays occur.> Final delivery includes PNG previews and organized PSD / Live2D files(not the cmo3 files!!) depending on the commission type.COMMUNICATION> You may communicate with me through Twitter or Discord.> Replies typically occur within 24–48 hours.> Progress updates are provided at key stages:- Art: sketch → lineart → base colors → shading → final- Live2D Rig: facial setup → head angles → body movement → physics tuning → final adjustments> If I am in a busy period, updates may be grouped, but you will always be informed of progress.MODEL DISPLAY & CANVAS QUALITY> The preview shown on the website may appear at a slightly lower resolution than the final delivered file.> Artwork for Live2D models is created at a minimum canvas size of 4000 x 6500 px to ensure high detail quality.USE> Personal use and commercial streaming/content use is included by default.> For commercial merchandise/ads/print, an additional +100% commercial fee applies.> Credit is required when using the work.> The work may not be resold, traced, edited, trained into any type of AI or redistributed in any form.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY> I retain all original rights to the artwork and model files.> You receive a non-exclusive license to use the final commission.> Full ownership transfer is available for an additional fee.REFUNDS> Once the sketch is approved/the rigging process is starting, refunds are not available.> If I am unable to complete your commission due to personal reasons, a partial refund can be issued can be issued according to the amount of work not completed.> If you cancel before work begins, the refund amount may vary depending on progress.LIVE2D SPECIFIC DETAILS> Half-Body Rig includes movement from the waist up.> Basic lower-body motion is included.> Small adjustments may be added if the outfit interacts with the hips (e.g., skirts, belts).> The final rig is delivered ready for VTube Studio.
